在2018-03-08使用cordova build android打包android包时出现错误。错误如下：

解决方法：

执行命令ionic cordova platform add android

如已经执行过(已经添加过android平台)则进入下一步

2.在platform --> android目录下找到build.gradle文件，打开并在def promptForReleaseKeyPassword() {...}函数前加入以下内容：

configurations.all {

resolutionStrategy {

force 'com.android.support:support-v4:27.1.0'

}

}

3.执行ionic cordova build android

这时候已经可以成功打包android了

该方法需要在每次执行ionic cordova platform rm android，ionic cordova platform add android重新添加android平台支持后修改一次build.gradle文件

该方法为暂时性的解决方案，最终解决还等android更新support - v4的最新支持库
